Reservations

The Rescue Wagon is dedicated to providing a safe, secure and comfortable ride to all animals in our care. If an animal shows any signs of sickness we reserve the right to deny travel. If the animal shows any signs of aggression during travel it will not be removed from it's kennel during the transport. We urge shelters and rescues to not send un-socialized animals on our transport. We are not responsible for any animal that injures an employees of ours and then escapes. If an animal needs to be returned to the sender there will be an additional transport fee.  The sender is the party responsible for all transport fees unless the adopter or receiving party pays the expense. The sender is also responsible for any vet bills incurred on transport. If an animal needs to be seen by a vet while on transport we will reach out to the sender. If the sender cannot be reached we will call the receiver. If neither can be reached The Rescue Wagon reserves the right to make all necessary vet decisions at the expense of the sender.
Please understand since the animals being transporter are from all different locations there is always a risk of sickness. Each animal responds differently to stress. We will not be responsible for any illness contracted from transport of any animal.
