We will not accept copies it must be the original health certificate. Each pet must have their own health certificate.
*We cannot make exceptions as this is the law in order to cross state lines with an animal.

2. Vet Records
Every animal must have a copy of their vet records. Animals should be up-to-date with the following vaccines:
* DA2PPv-5 way combo vaccine
* Rabies
* Bordetella-at least 7 days prior to transport

* Heartworm Test
* Flea/Tick Preventative

3. Medication & Special Needs
All medication must be labeled with pets name, dosing instructions and vet's information for dispensing. It should be sealed in a labeled plastic baggy for travel.
If an animal is considered Special Needs the crate will be tagged Special Needs in Red. The animal will also be marked with a red collar for travel. We can transport animals with chronic medical conditions but we will not transport animals with the following conditions:

4. Identification
Every animal must wear a collar with legible id tag attached. It should include the animal's name, receivers name and phone number. White adhesive name tags with tape work well for this purpose.

5. Food & Water
Please do not give your pet any food within 5 hours of transport. Animals have water at all times and will be offered food in the evening after their potty break.

6. Travel Items & Belongings
All belongings must be labeled. We have minimum space so please only pack small items for travel. The items must be clearly marked with the animals name and/or receivers information.
*We are not responsible for lost items, damaged items or items that are not picked up by receivers. We recommended that you ship the animal's items a few days before transport so they are at the arriving destination when your animal arrives. Items that fit inside the crate are recommended.
